Shop Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shop Sales Manager to lead our retail outlet across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries and feedback.
• Perform cashiering, housekeeping duties, and arrange product displays.
• Maintain store conditions such as cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Assist the Director with daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with management to improve the company’s operational systems.
• Carry out additional duties as required by store operations.
