About the role

As a Showroom Representative for the East/High-End segment, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, delivering personalized product advice and driving sales. You will manage product displays, prepare quotations, coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide personalised product recommendations.
Showcase appliance features and confidently explain product benefits.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately.
Maintain an inviting showroom with attractive product displays.
Coordinate deliveries and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive sales performance by achieving monthly targets and attending product training.
