Simulator & Ground School Instructor

About the role

As a Simulator and Ground School Instructor you will deliver high‑quality training to airline pilots, ensuring they are ready for real‑world operations. You will conduct simulator sessions, classroom briefings, and pre‑flight debriefs while continuously improving training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and in‑simulator training in accordance with client qualifications.
• Monitor compliance with authorizations, qualifications, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight briefings.
• Suggest curriculum and courseware enhancements to improve the client experience.
• Assist the Lead Instructor and Training Manager with administrative duties and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate electronic training records and paperwork.

Required profile

• Air Transport License or equivalent (FAA preferred) with relevant type rating.
• Minimum 1,500 hours total multi‑pilot flight time.
• Previous experience as a flight or simulator instructor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment.
