Site Engineer

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee installation activities on semiconductor construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring quality, technical compliance, schedule adherence, and safety at the job site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, logistics, and construction sequencing.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to meet quality, schedule, and design requirements.
• Support testing and balancing activities and handle material receipt, quantity, and quality inspections.
• Coordinate with client representatives and QA/QC staff for validation activities.
• Address client complaints, variation orders, and other on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience on semiconductor construction projects, especially HVAC wet/dry or process exhaust systems.
• Proven project execution experience and ability to manage permit applications.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and ownership‑driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
