Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will support the Project Manager in supervising and managing construction sites. This role involves planning, scheduling, cost control, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with site supervision and overall project management.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate technical and managerial aspects of projects.
• Control material and labour costs and monitor project budgets.
• Coordinate and review engineering deliverables.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor progress with main and subcontractors.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and agencies to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage daily project execution and resolve construction issues promptly.
• Act as quality control and assurance to meet project objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
• Comply with relevant legal requirements and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• BCA recognized degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in A&A, civil engineering, or earthworks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Available to start on short notice.
