Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our construction team on Jurong Island. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in managing site activities, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans; set out lines and levels on site.
• Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, coordinating daily workflows to meet project schedules.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and completed work, enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily site reports, document progress, and communicate updates to clients, architects, and managers.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level graduate, preferably Singaporean or PR.
• Willingness to work a 6‑day week on an onsite construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
