Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will lead the construction team to ensure the project progresses according to the established schedule while meeting quality, safety, and contractual standards. This role requires close coordination with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site progress against the project schedule and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Verify that all works comply with the company’s quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve material requisitions.
• Develop and maintain overall scheduling and detailed planning documents.
• Design and implement progress and schedule control systems.
• Coordinate construction planning with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Enforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures on site.
• Ensure compliance with client, consultant, and authority requirements.
• Carry out any assignments delegated by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with multilingual stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
• Preferably a manager specialized in civil, construction, or structural engineering.
