Site Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to independently oversee construction activities, ensure quality, and coordinate with client representatives on site. This role requires strong technical knowledge of structural drawings and the ability to lead a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Supervise structural and architectural works and coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to execute on‑site tasks.
• Resolve design‑related issues encountered during construction.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with safety and health standards.
• Implement the Project Manager’s work plan and prepare daily progress reports.
• Attend project meetings and handle ad‑hoc tasks within the manager’s capability.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Team‑player attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
