Site Operations & Client Success Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Operations & Client Success Lead to own a portfolio of 60‑80 sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, high client satisfaction and continuous adoption of our PropTech solutions. You will act as the main liaison between clients, facility managers and internal teams, driving retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client portfolio, building strong relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding and deployment of solutions across multiple sites, coordinating with operations, tech and support teams.
• Secure permits (PTW), access approvals and maintain compliance with safety and SOP standards.
• Conduct on‑site training for cleaners, supervisors and FM teams, promoting product adoption.
• Track site performance, SLAs and operational metrics, providing regular reports and escalating issues.
• Support business development by identifying expansion opportunities and assisting sales on proposals.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or B2B account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites/accounts simultaneously in Singapore.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and fieldwork orientation.
• Experience training frontline staff and handling permits (PTW).
• Background in FM companies, PropTech deployments or work with town councils, commercial buildings, hospitals or large campuses.
