Site Project Representative – AIML Data Operations

About the role

Apple’s AIML Data Operations team is looking for a Site Project Representative to drive large‑scale data projects that enable AI/ML features across Apple products. This office‑based role will coordinate resources, manage project plans, and ensure data quality for engineering teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account and Crowd Managers to define project deliverables and align resource plans for analyst headcount.
• Draft, implement, and enforce policies related to performance and project management for all site‑based projects.
• Communicate project status, metrics, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness by collaborating with data owners and managing project approvals and prioritization.
• Coordinate site‑wide rollouts, including platform changes, headcount adjustments, training, and metric tracking.
• Standardize project delivery using templates and best‑practice project management methods.
• Provide technical support to analysts and work with tool owners to resolve tool issues as projects arise.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of project support experience in medium to large‑scale operations.
• Highly analytical, data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Resourceful, flexible, and capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
