Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Singapore

About the role

Plaud is building a real‑world AI interface that helps professionals capture and act on intelligence. As a Site Reliability Engineer in Singapore you will ensure the reliability, performance and scalability of Plaud.ai’s AI‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and performance of Plaud.ai’s AI products at scale.
• Lead incident response and drive continuous reliability improvement.
• Build automation to reduce toil and increase system resilience.
• Partner with product and engineering teams on reliability‑by‑design.
• Improve observability and operational maturity across services.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Experience participating in on‑call rotations and incident management.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python or Java).
