Site Supervisor – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Site Supervisor to join our engineering team in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily activities on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track site progress against project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain site safety standards and report any incidents.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on work performed, resources used and any issues encountered.
• Assist in managing site resources, materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level graduate with a strong interest in construction or engineering.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to solve problems on the spot.
• Good communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
