Site Supervisor (Fire Protection System)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor specialized in fire protection systems to lead on‑site activities across Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards and safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily site operations for fire protection system installations.
• Assist in planning and deploying manpower and resources to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and ensure availability of materials and equipment on‑site.
• Direct control activities, monitor work progress and resolve ground issues as they arise.
• Supervise construction workers and enforce adherence to project schedule, quality requirements and safety policies.
• Attend site progress meetings and internal briefings.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in installation of fire protection systems.
• Strong ability to manage site activities and supervise construction teams.
• Good coordination skills with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify issues and implement solutions.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality compliance.
