About the role
We are seeking a trustworthy, take‑charge individual to join our growing business as a Site Supervisor. The role involves managing staff, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring safety and site procedures are consistently applied.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate on‑site teams to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Implement and enforce site procedures and protocols.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve on‑site issues.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles within construction or related fields.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Analytical problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience managing a large, diverse workforce.
