About the role
We are seeking a trustworthy, take‑charge individual to join our growing business as a Site Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, managing staff, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee project progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols on site.
- Implement and monitor site procedures and standards.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in managerial or supervisory positions.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Analytical problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience with a large, diverse workforce.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000 per month.
- Full‑time, onsite position in Singapore.
