Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction, minor works, repair and maintenance activities at our Woodlands site. The role ensures that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction, minor works, repair and maintenance activities at the worksite.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure clear understanding of assignments.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors and site activities for compliance with approved procedures.
• Enforce adherence to Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and method statements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and provide safety and work instructions.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and safe working practices.
• Inspect work areas, tools, equipment and access arrangements before and during work.
• Coordinate schedules with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other site personnel.
• Report progress, delays, site issues and manpower needs to management.
• Maintain availability and condition of materials, tools and equipment.
• Check quality of completed works and ensure prompt rectification of defects.
• Maintain housekeeping, waste segregation and environmental controls.
• Report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions and near‑misses immediately.
• Maintain site records, inspection checklists and progress reports.

Required profile

• Middle Management level.
