Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor supports the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the day‑to‑day execution of construction activities. This position ensures that work on‑site follows the approved drawings, safety standards, and project schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with daily execution of work.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimise accidents and injuries.
• Supervise subcontractors and in‑house workers, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with site operations staff to meet project timelines.
• Verify that installations are carried out according to construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by the workforce.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and internal teams on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to enforce safety regulations and identify hazards.
• Good communication skills for daily briefings and coordination.
• Commitment to delivering work to an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Required skills
