Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily ground operations, installation, and maintenance of mechanical & electrical (M&E) works on construction sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily ground operations, installation, and maintenance activities for M&E/electrical works.
• Coordinate workflows, shift assignments, and site activities with technicians, sub‑contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installations against specifications.
• Monitor project progress, report delays or issues to the Project Manager/Engineer, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Enforce site safety regulations, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with Permit‑to‑Work and PPE requirements.
• Read and interpret site drawings, electrical schematics, single‑line diagrams, and layout plans.
• Maintain daily site logs, inspection reports, material delivery records, and progress photographs.
• Verify site measurements, assist with material take‑offs, and manage equipment inventory.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec / Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building/Construction or related field.
• Relevant experience supervising M&E works or electrical installation projects.
• Valid Singapore safety certifications (e.g., BCSS) are an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills to manage site personnel and sub‑contractors.
• Willingness to work on‑site and handle physical work conditions as required.
