Site Supervisor (Tunnel Experience)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee all civil and architectural works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with authority and agency requirements. This role focuses on projects involving tunnels, road works, and related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise permanent and temporary works, including civil, architectural, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies and site partners to align project activities.
• Oversee fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on‑site and off‑site.
• Manage lifting operations for erecting precast concrete components.
• Inspect and assist in the issuance of E‑Token for soil disposal.
• Review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify quantities of work completed for progress payment.
• Support operation of the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC).

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
• At least 3 years of experience in road works, LTA projects, tunnels or flyovers.
• Site/work safety certifications and contractor site work experience are advantageous.
