Smart Manufacturing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Smart Manufacturing Specialist to drive Industry 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation across our production facilities. The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing automated manufacturing systems to boost efficiency, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Develop and optimise automated production processes and systems.
• Analyse manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and IT teams on digital transformation efforts.
• Monitor system performance and recommend process enhancements.
• Assist in integrating IoT, AI, robotics and data‑analytics solutions into operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of smart manufacturing technologies and automation systems.
• Familiarity with IoT, robotics and data‑analytics platforms.
• Experience with industrial software platforms is an advantage.
