Smartstream TLM Developer

About the role

The Smartstream TLM Developer will design, configure, and enhance the SmartStream TLM suite for our clients across Singapore. You will work closely with project teams to deliver robust, high‑quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure SmartStream TLM applications, including TLM Control, TLM Smart Studio, and TLM Recon Admin (TLM 3.X mandatory).
• Collaborate with users and project teams to design, build, test, and deliver TLM solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and implementations.
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and manage test case design.
• Maintain configuration and code in development and test environments, following governance and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience with the SmartStream TLM Application suite (Control, Smart Studio, Recon Admin).
• Solid knowledge of at least one RDBMS such as Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server; DBA certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and/or Linux operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience configuring business applications, updating database tables, and using ETL tools.
