Social Media and Community Manager

About the role

HEY CO GROUP is seeking a dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to shape the online presence of its diverse dining concepts across Singapore. You will turn cultural insights into engaging content and foster vibrant community interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly content shoots, capturing food, drinks, customer moments, and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Produce short‑form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, and manage daily posts and stories.
• Oversee platform growth on Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu, adapting content to each channel’s style.
• Identify, outreach, and collaborate with local and Chinese influencers, tracking performance and ROI.
• Partner with the Head of Brand to launch promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events.
• Coordinate with designers, community managers, and brand leads to ensure cohesive visual and strategic output.
• Monitor metrics such as views, reach, and engagement, optimizing content for virality.
• Handle community tasks including Google reviews, email inquiries, and menu updates across dining platforms.

Required profile

• Passion for culture, food, and community engagement.
• Strong storytelling ability and eye for visual content.
• Experience managing social media accounts for consumer‑facing brands.
