Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

A fast-paced social media and digital marketing agency in Tai Seng, Singapore is looking for a proactive, highly autonomous Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist. You will own client digital strategies end-to-end, from multi-platform paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok) and SEM to website management and video content creation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, takes full ownership of their work, communicates confidently with clients and is comfortable on camera.

Key responsibilities

• Paid ads and SEM: plan, set up and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max); run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages and audiences to lower CAC and maximise ROAS
• Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, negative keywords, bid strategies and quality score optimisation, and report CPA, CTR, CPM and ROAS via GA4 and platform dashboards
• Design, build and maintain landing pages and business websites on modern CMS platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, Webflow or Shopify, with on-page SEO, mobile responsiveness, fast load times and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)
• Act as an on-camera presenter for agency content and client videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts, ad hooks) and collaborate on short-form video concepts and hooks
• Serve as direct point of contact for clients, translating data into clear performance summaries during check-ins and monthly reports

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency setting
• Strong self-management: prioritises tasks, meets tight deadlines and solves problems independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong client-facing confidence

Required skills

• Google Ads (SEM), Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and GA4
• Google Tag Manager and basic on-page SEO
• Website and landing page creation and maintenance
