Social Worker – Early Childhood Intervention

About the role

ABER CARE is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide early childhood intervention services across Singapore. You will work directly with families and children, ensuring developmental progress and family well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct timely assessments and develop support plans aligned with professional standards.
• Interview families, provide counselling, and equip caregivers with guidance and resources.
• Organise and manage intervention services to support children’s developmental progress.
• Recommend and implement appropriate intervention strategies for each child and family.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with external agencies for comprehensive support.
• Participate in case discussions, supervision sessions, and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Social Work.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families and children (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English or other languages.
