About the role

Join Tower Research Capital as a Software Developer working on a world‑class low‑latency high‑frequency trading platform. You will collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to build and enhance systems that process market data and execute trades across global exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a low‑latency trading platform, handling real‑time quotes, trades, and order dissemination.
• Assist in building a tick‑by‑tick back‑testing research platform.
• Develop and optimise large‑scale parallel computation solutions that share massive data sets.
• Improve computational efficiency of machine‑learning algorithms for faster learning rates.
• Create tools and interfaces for historical market data, trading simulations, and research productivity.
• Build analytical tools that generate insights to support research decisions.

Required profile

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong practical experience with Python and C++.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience with Bash and Linux environments.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solving abilities and a self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills for business purposes.
