Software Development Engineer

About the role

Join Autodesk's Access organization to help build a cohesive, API‑first licensing platform that powers millions of customers worldwide. You will contribute to a cloud‑native, secure, and observable system that enables seamless product access and creates new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, secure, reusable, and reliable code for desktop platforms and AWS services.
• Write test automation and support continuous delivery pipelines for frequent incremental releases.
• Promote sound engineering design, process, and quality practices across the team.
• Implement observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting, to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate on cloud‑native application development, with a focus on serverless approaches such as AWS Lambda.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Understanding of security best practices and standards for cloud computing and access management.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
