Software Engineer – Full Stack (.Net Core)

About the role

NCS is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join product squads that build digital solutions for government agencies. You will work in a collaborative environment with Quality Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Owners to deliver high‑impact software for public‑sector users.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with government clients to design, develop, and iterate on user‑centred digital products.
• Collaborate within cross‑functional squads, participating in Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Champion modern development practices, tools, and cloud technologies to accelerate delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Contribute to technical knowledge‑sharing sessions and product ideation workshops.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with good communication abilities and a desire to serve the public through technology.
