Software Engineer – High-Frequency Trading

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join high‑frequency trading teams, building and maintaining core trading and market‑data systems. The role involves working with top proprietary firms and systematic funds to develop performance‑critical applications and collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement trading platforms, risk systems, and market‑data infrastructure.
• Develop quantitative research tools and platforms.
• Optimize and profile financial applications for low‑latency performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing codebases, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or Java.
• Interest in quantitative finance; trading experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work on performance‑critical systems and troubleshoot latency issues.
