Software Engineer - Mobile Development

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer specialized in mobile development to join YouTrip’s fast‑growing fintech team. You will work on our flagship multi‑currency digital wallet, building high‑quality cross‑platform applications that serve millions of users across Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and backend engineers to deliver features and seamless user experiences.
• Optimize app performance, conduct profiling, and perform code reviews.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges with APIs and native modules.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, widget, integration) to ensure reliability.
• Develop hybrid modules that integrate Flutter with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) components.
• Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart and mobile ecosystem advancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience building production‑grade iOS applications.
• Strong expertise in Swift, UIKit and/or SwiftUI, and a solid understanding of iOS architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience publishing apps on the Apple App Store and managing TestFlight, certificates and release processes.
