Software Quality and Automation Specialist

About the role

INSEAD Digital is looking for a Software Quality and Automation Specialist to lead test automation and AI‑enhanced quality engineering for its digital products. The role covers the full Agile Scrum lifecycle, from development through deployment, and operates on a hybrid model based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a test automation framework, including CI/CD pipelines and test strategies.
• Develop, execute and optimise automated regression tests using Tosca and Postman.
• Track defects, report results and collaborate with product and vendor teams to align long‑term automation road‑maps.
• Apply AI‑assisted tools to analyse defect trends, prioritize test cases and provide quality risk insights.
• Contribute to AI‑driven initiatives such as intelligent test selection, reporting automation and quality analytics.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in test automation or a related field.
• Proficiency with Tosca for test automation.
• Experience in API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum processes.
