Solutions Architect

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain system architecture to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and business needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance architecture designs.
• Recommend suitable technologies, platforms, and cloud solutions based on enterprise and industry best practices.
• Design architecture covering applications, data flows, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Ensure architectural governance, compliance, and technical quality throughout the SDLC.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and product teams to support implementation and project delivery.
• Participate in solution reviews, technical assessments, and code reviews.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including cloud, APIs, microservices, and legacy modernisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and large‑scale system integration projects.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with hands‑on software architecture and development experience.
• Experience as a System Architect or Technical Lead in end‑to‑end project delivery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in .NET and/or Java (J2EE), microservices, APIs, SOA, and web services.
• Good understanding of system design, data modelling, SQL, scalability, security, and performance optimisation.
• Familiar with cloud technologies, SG Tech Stack, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
