Solutions Engineer – Global Payroll (ASEAN)

About the role

Deel is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join its Global Payroll team covering the ASEAN region. In this role you will partner with Global Payroll Account Executives and go‑to‑market teams to demonstrate the value of Deel’s end‑to‑end payroll platform to prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with go‑to‑market teams to showcase the technical advantages of Deel’s Global Payroll platform and secure technical wins.
• Consult with prospective customers to assess their current payroll practices and identify gaps.
• Translate complex client requirements into scalable, compliant solutions and support the sales process from discovery through implementation hand‑off.

Required profile

• Experience working with global payroll or HR SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with sales teams and communicate technical value to customers.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess payroll processes and design compliant solutions.
