Spare Parts Sourcing Intelligence Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Spare Parts Sourcing Intelligence Manager in Singapore for its Global Logistics & Spares Supply Chain Sourcing (GLSS) organization. The role owns spare parts sourcing and supply assurance intelligence for HPE's enterprise hardware portfolio (servers, storage and networking), enabling fact-based sourcing, supply assurance and shortage-mitigation decisions. It is a hybrid position with about two days per week in an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing intelligence for critical spare parts commodities and kitting/repair services for HDD, SSD, memory, CPU, GPU and other server, storage and networking components
• Develop commodity-level benchmarks on cost drivers, technology transitions, lifecycle risks and market pricing trends, and support sourcing strategy, negotiations and business planning
• Analyse shortages and backorders, perform root-cause analysis of supply issues and recommend recovery and prevention actions
• Support sourcing with cost analysis, should-cost models and supplier performance tracking (on-time delivery, fill rates, commitments vs. actuals)
• Build intelligence on kitting service providers, capacity and operational risks
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing analytics using advanced Excel, BI tools and AI-enabled techniques, and define analytics requirements for dashboards and planning systems
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Assurance, Operations, Finance and Digital teams

Required profile

• 8-12 years of experience in spare parts sourcing, supply assurance, supply chain analytics or commodity intelligence, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Solid understanding of end-to-end spare parts supply chains, including procurement, suppliers, kitting, logistics and aftermarket support
• Ability to turn complex supply chain data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment across time zones

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI and SQL preferred
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and digital transformation is a plus
