About the role

The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a SPARK‑Certified Preschool Principal to lead one of its early childhood centres in Singapore. This senior leadership position oversees the educational quality, operational compliance, and community engagement of the preschool.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and overall management of the preschool, ensuring high‑quality education and holistic child development.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with parents, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
• Manage all ECDA‑related licensing, renewal, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Set educational standards, develop policies, and continuously improve programmes and operational procedures.
• Mentor teachers, foster collaborative teaching practices, and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee centre administration, enrollment processes, budgeting, and resource optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership or equivalent ECDA‑recognised certification.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a Preschool Principal or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s early childhood regulatory framework.

Required skills

• DECCE‑L certification.
• SPARK certification.
