Specialist Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

About the role

Porsche Singapore is looking for a Specialist Customer Relationship Management professional to join its Marketing team. You will own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, from lead generation through post‑delivery engagement, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for Porsche owners in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage leads and event registrations, and analyse lead‑funnel performance to boost conversion.
• Design and manage customer touchpoints across the ownership journey, including owner‑benefit programmes, inventory management and post‑delivery activities.
• Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps and drive continuous service improvements.
• Lead CRM data initiatives such as migration projects, UAT testing, data cleansing and the development of AI‑enabled analytics capabilities.
• Review goodwill requests and handle escalated service‑recovery cases, ensuring proper documentation and governance.
• Maintain day‑to‑day CRM operations and systems (Power BI, Dealer Management Systems, SAP, Qualtrics) while providing cross‑functional coaching and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident (preferred).
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP or Dealer Management Systems.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
