Sports Enrichment Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sports Enrichment Trainer to join Z Fencing’s character‑focused programmes. You will work with children aged 4‑16, using fencing and other sports activities to develop their skills, sportsmanship and personal character.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fencing lessons that emphasize skill development, sportsmanship and character building.
• Design and supervise enrichment programmes for children aged 4‑16.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve personal and sporting goals.
• Track and report on each student’s fitness progress and achievements.
• Communicate regularly with parents and team members to build rapport.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the training centre.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong belief in the role of sport in shaping character and life success.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine love for working with children and youth.
• Interest or background in sports science, fitness, early childhood education or character education.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and self‑motivated with strong interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; full training in fencing and programme delivery will be provided.
