Sr. Client Account Manager (eCommerce) – Greater China Region

About the role

The Senior Client Account Manager (eCommerce) will lead a portfolio of high‑value partners in the Greater China region for Pinterest. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive revenue growth, shape strategic account plans and act as the primary liaison between partners and internal product, engineering and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of account managers, ensuring their performance and development.
• Design and execute strategic account plans aligned with partner business objectives, identifying growth opportunities.
• Build and deepen relationships with flagship partners across Greater China, proactively uncovering new revenue streams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources (Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions) to meet partner requirements.
• Translate partner data into actionable insights and compelling stories that drive campaign optimisation.
• Become an expert on Pinterest’s lower‑funnel campaign products and guide partners on performance‑driven opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, present performance updates and recommend optimisation tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large eCommerce accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into clear business recommendations.
