About the role
The Senior Manager, Global QSE Competencies & Enablement leads the execution of enterprise‑wide quality, safety and environment (QSE) communications, engagement and capability programs. Reporting to the VP of Global QSE Governance, the role ensures that QSE strategy, governance priorities and capability initiatives are translated into clear messaging, structured engagement rhythms and measurable enablement across the organization, bottlers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end QSE communications, driving adoption, engagement and program activation for global audiences.
- Translate complex QSE priorities into simple, actionable messaging and ensure alignment across governance, competency and TI&SC communications.
- Develop and deploy integrated communication plans aligned to roadmap priorities.
- Own global QSE communications, delivering consistent and credible messaging that strengthens engagement and alignment.
- Execute critical capability programs, create processes, codify institutional knowledge and link governance expectations to execution.
- Apply change‑enablement frameworks to accelerate adoption, behavior change and sustained usage.
- Partner with program leads to embed communication and enablement plans from design through deployment.
- Establish and manage global engagement rhythms, ensuring predictable touchpoints across stakeholders.
- Own the QSE roadmap effectiveness scorecard, define and track performance metrics, and translate insights into continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience leading global communications, engagement and capability enablement initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across corporate, operating units and external partners.
- Experience with QSE governance, competency models and change‑management frameworks.
