Sr Partner Director (APAC)

About the role

The Senior Partner Director for APAC will act as the primary bridge between Globalization Partners (G‑P) and its strategic channel partners across the region. In this high‑impact, indirect‑sales position you will integrate G‑P’s Employer of Record solution into partners’ sales motions, driving revenue and expanding the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a robust network of partner contacts to generate a steady flow of high‑quality leads.
• Lead regional go‑to‑market strategy, serving as the subject‑matter expert on international expansion and global hiring.
• Engage with partner leadership to secure executive buy‑in, referrals and joint sales opportunities.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions (in‑person and virtual) to help partner sales teams articulate G‑P’s value proposition.
• Manage the pipeline of partner‑referred opportunities, ensuring transparent tracking and collaboration with G‑P sales teams.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of proven sales or business‑development experience in a partner‑led or channel environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate relationships into measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of HR‑Tech, HCM or global payroll industries.
• Strong track record of influencing senior executives and securing high‑value referrals.
