Staff Engineer, Product Operation Engineering

About the role

As a Staff Engineer in Product Operation Engineering, you will act as a transversal bridge between technology areas and the business environment, ensuring quality, sustainability and alignment with strategic objectives. You will work closely with divisions, fabs and partners across Singapore and international sites, leading complex initiatives that drive cost reduction, margin improvement and manufacturing flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Foster effective cross‑functional collaboration among TR&D, QMT, quality, planning and business units.
• Drive alignment of diverse stakeholders to achieve common technology and operational goals.
• Coordinate technology and process transfer activities for strategic corporate programs, including direct customer interactions.
• Lead technology and product transfers, ensuring strict follow‑up with Singapore work teams.
• Execute program alignment and risk mitigation through structured coordination with Singapore WFO teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in semiconductor diffusion manufacturing on BCD processes, with a focus on quality and sustainability.
• More than 10 years of experience in technology and product transfers, demonstrating end‑to‑end planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of product peculiarities, chip‑package interactions and reliability constraints.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contribute to customer‑facing projects.
