Staff Nurse (Clinic 2A)

About the role

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is hiring a Staff Nurse for Clinic 2A. The nurse must deliver a high standard of patient care through clinical nursing procedures that meet patients' immediate physical and emotional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care for patients under their care.
• Provide safe and competent care to patients with medical conditions.
• Perform generic clinic nursing duties such as administering medication, blood taking and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other allied health professionals for smooth delivery of patient care.
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
• Carry out any other duties delegated by the department reporting officer.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing or equivalent, with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and be flexible to change.
