About the role
The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care to an assigned group of patients while supervising junior nurses. The role offers exposure to multiple clinical areas, including wards, HDUs, ICUs, psychiatry, radiology, endoscopy and cath lab.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to an assigned patient group.
- Supervise, guide and direct junior nurses on the team.
- Rotate across wards, High Dependency Units, Intensive Care Units, Psychiatry Ward, Radiology, Endoscopy and Cath Lab as needed.
Required profile
- Hold a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in Nursing.
- Advanced diploma or post‑basic certificate for senior staff nurse positions.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Willingness to work three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
