Staff Nurse (Renal Dialysis)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Staff Nurse specialized in renal dialysis to join our clinical team. The role involves delivering safe and effective haemodialysis treatments while ensuring high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of dialysis outcomes.
• Perform haemodialysis cannulation and treatment according to standard practice and guidelines.
• Practice infection control procedures based on current guidelines.
• Guide and direct enrolled nurses and support staff to maintain quality nursing care.
• Record accurate and concise treatment data, blood results and parameters.
• Administer intravenous antibiotics, IV erythropoietin and blood transfusions during dialysis.
• Collect water samples for culture to ensure safe water standards.
• Collaborate with hospitals for blood investigations and follow‑up.
• Work with dietitians to educate patients on nutrition and fluid compliance.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations that compromise patient safety.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a dialysis centre.
• Willingness to work a 5.5‑day week, including Saturdays and public holidays.
