STEM Programme Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate STEM Programme Executive to design and deliver engaging science, robotics, coding and mathematics experiences for preschool and primary students. You will create hands‑on learning activities that inspire curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance STEM, robotics and science programmes for young learners.
• Conduct enrichment classes, workshops, holiday camps and school programmes.
• Introduce innovative, hands‑on learning approaches to make STEM fun and accessible.
• Support the development of new curriculum content, activities and teaching resources.
• Guide trainers to maintain high‑quality programme delivery standards.
• Collaborate with schools, centres and internal stakeholders to coordinate programmes and events.
• Monitor student engagement and learning progress to continuously improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Science, Engineering, Robotics, Computing, Education or related fields.
• Passion for STEM education and working with children.
• Experience in teaching, enrichment, robotics, coding or programme coordination is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic and confident in engaging young learners.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore primary school science or STEM curriculum is a plus.
