Store Assistant – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our retail team in Singapore. You will help customers find the right products, support sales targets, and maintain an attractive store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing items.
• Operate cash registers and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain stock levels, receive shipments, and verify quantities.
• Create and refresh visual merchandising displays.
• Support store recruiting goals and conduct new‑hire inductions.
• Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.
• Monitor client data quality and propose action plans with sales staff.
• Enforce in‑store security, health, and safety procedures.
• Identify performance issues and collaborate with the Store Manager on resolutions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS software.
• Experience using labeling and pricing equipment.
