Store Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Associate to join our adidas retail team in Singapore. The role involves delivering an exceptional brand experience, supporting sales targets and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Act as an adidas brand ambassador, creating emotional connections with customers.
• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain reliable attendance and roster commitment.
• Stay updated on sports and fashion trends to provide knowledgeable product advice.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform store operational duties such as cleaning, stock replenishment, stock checks, and fitting‑room management.
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Assist with event and activity logistics and preparations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail, sales or warehousing, preferably in apparel, fashion or FMCG.
• Exposure to sports or fashion environments is a plus.
• Secondary education or a certificate in Retail Management.
• Ability to work 44 hours per week according to schedule.
• Availability to work at Vivocity, ION or Orchard locations.
