Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

MEILLEUR MOMENT (MM) is seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead its Marine Parade outlet. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and maintaining brand standards in a fast‑growing fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the store team to ensure high service levels and efficient workflows.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement initiatives to increase revenue while managing costs and loss prevention.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with regional management on promotions and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven store management experience in retail, preferably fashion or apparel.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of loss‑prevention practices and ability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends and holidays.
• Diploma or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic POS and retail systems.
