Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction and profitability for Shine Nail’s outlet in Singapore. This role combines staff leadership, inventory control and business development to meet and exceed targets while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning, promotions and upselling.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, visual merchandising and compliance with SOPs.
• Recruit, train, schedule and coach staff, conducting performance evaluations and managing disciplinary matters.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, resolve complaints and foster strong client relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, minimise shrinkage and coordinate with suppliers.
• Manage store budget, track P&L, handle cash, banking and process invoices.
• Implement marketing campaigns, in‑store events and community partnerships to drive footfall.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of retail or service management experience, preferably in spa, beauty or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS systems.
