Store Manager – Retail & F&B

About the role

The Store Manager (also referred to as Business Manager) will own the end‑to‑end performance of our bakery outlets across Singapore. You will shape store strategy, lead a team, analyse market insights and drive commercial growth while fostering a strong brand culture.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly revenue, cost and profit targets.
• Monitor inventory performance, control costs, track loss and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead stock planning, validate material forecasts, manage order schedules and align with vendors.
• Implement, maintain and improve SOPs for inventory and asset management.
• Safeguard store assets, equipment and supplies.
• Support brand activities and promote corporate culture.
• Manage relationships with customers, landlords and external partners, handling complaints and feedback.
• Oversee store venue rental and collaborations with external corporations.
• Supervise daily staff activities, including training, performance evaluation and development.
• Analyse operational data to improve revenue and customer retention.
• Review loyalty program data to shape local store strategies.
• Update work procedures, guidelines and SOP documentation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B or retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive learning attitude and genuine passion for coffee, food or baking.
