Store Specialist – 6-Month Contract at Tuas Naval Base

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Store Specialist for a six‑month contract at Tuas Naval Base. You will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Escort suppliers and contractors on site
• Receive, verify, sort and put away newly purchased and returned items
• Pick and pack customer‑requested items
• Process disposal notifications and monitor until physical disposal
• Perform daily fuel tank sounding and accounting
• Refuel ships with Marine Gas Oil (MGO)
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and re‑warehousing activities
• Cover rotating shift duties, including weekends and public holidays, for urgent ship indent and fuel requests

Required profile

• Minimum O Level qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in store or warehouse operations
• Willingness to work overtime when required

• Warehouse management knowledge
• Forklift operation licence (advantage)
